By using this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Your order may be delivered by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or by a US courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by USPS so the parcel will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card will be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Larger orders will be delivered by courier who will attempt to deliver the goods three times or leave with a neighbor. They will also leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange receipt of the goods. A signature is required for larger deliveries but not for the smaller USPS deliveries.

We aim to deliver orders placed before 12pm within 5 - 10 working days for standard delivery and 2 - 4 working days for tracked and faster delivery following the date your order has been placed. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories can take up to 14 working days.

Please note, all orders are shipped from the UK. Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary based on the contents of the order. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations.

All orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination county - get your duty charge paid by us on orders over $200 when you choose Express & Duty Paid shipping!

USPS OR US COURIER SHIPMENTS

Larger orders will be delivered by courier who will attempt to deliver the goods three times or leave with a neighbour. They will also leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange receipt of the goods. A signature is required for larger deliveries but not for the smaller USPS deliveries. If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbour for your parcel to be left with, you can add these instructions in the space provided on the checkout page.

Track Your Order

All orders to the US are now fully trackable, duty paid, and faster than before. In order to track your order with us, you will need to have your tracking number with you. This can be located on your despatch confirmation email or order tracking email.

 

Most parcels will reach their destination within 10 working days after the order is despatched (four working days for Express orders), however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive.

 

If your tracking number begins with 1550, pleasclick here to track your parcel.

If your tracking number begins with RML you cannot track your order at this time – a new tracking number beginning with WN will be sent to you shortly.

As most parcels will reach their destination within 10 days after the order is placed, we are unable to query your parcel before this time. If this time has passed and you have still not received your parcel please click here to contact Customer Services. Alternatively, you can call Customer Services toll free on 1-844 773 8291 between 4am - 1pm (EST) on weekdays (excluding UK Public holidays). Please note our lines open at 4am EST on weekdays. You can also call us between 6am and 1pm (EST) on weekends.

If you have paid on your credit card you will only be charged once the goods have been shipped to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm shipment.

If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not shipped will be refunded to the original method of payment.

All prices are exclusive of shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable). The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge and sales tax (if applicable).

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

How it works
When you reach the checkout process at Topshop.com (or any participating retailer) you will have the opportunity to register for either Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. 6. TOPMAN reserves the right to refuse any student ID that it deems to be invalid or fraudulent.

8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 21 days of despatch. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

Please note any items from our concession brand collections can only be returned to our website. Stores will be unable to refund these items for you. These items are clearly marked on your dispatch note with an ‘**’ at the end of the product description.

 

 

Returns by UPS
 
All returns are processed by our warehouse in New Jersey and can be returned to us free of charge via UPS.
 
You will need to create a Returns Number by following these steps:
 
1. Log in to ‘My Account’ and select 'Track orders, view history and request returns number' from the 'My Orders' section.
 
2. Click the order number containing the items you want to return and follow the 'Create return' link next to the order number.
 
3. Select the items you wish to return and click ‘Create Return'. Remember to make a note of your Returns Number.
 
4. Once you have your Returns Number you can now select ‘Print Free UPS Returns Label’ in ‘My Account’ or click here.  Type in your name, address, email address and Returns Number to create label for UPS. 
 
5. Attach the label to your parcel and drop off at any of the UPS drop off points within 14 days of receipt.

Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund is complete.

 

 

Returns Christmas 2014

 

We are pleased to advise that we have extended our returns policy for the festive period. Any purchase made between 1 October and 31 December 2014 may be returned any time up to 31 January 2015. All other conditions of our refund policy remain unchanged.


 

To return by Mail, please log in to your account and select ‘Request a return’ from the ‘My Orders’ section. Click the order number containing the items you want to return and follow the ‘Create return’ link next to the order number. Please select the items you wish to send back to us with a reason for each.

 

Once you click the 'Create Return' button you will be given a unique Returns Authorization Number. Write this number along with your name and address in the areas provided on the returns label that came with your original order. Peel off the label, stick it to the parcel and take it to your local United States Postal Service office for mailing. Please remember to ask the USPS for a Certificate of Mailing and retain it for your reference. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items. Then simply post your parcel with your unwanted items to us so that we receive it within 14 days of shipping.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note, all returns by mail are processed by our New Jersey warehouse. Customers will need to return unwanted items to: The Gilbert Co./Arcadia, 1000 Riverside Dr, Keasbey, N.J. 08832, at their own cost. It may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account after the goods have been received. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from Topman.com. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, zip code and new card details.

 

You can call Customer Services on 1-844 773 8291 (toll free) between 9am and 4am GMT (4am - 11pm EST) on weekdays, between 9am and 6pm GMT (4am - 1pm EST) at the weekend, and between 9am and 5.30pm GMT (4am - 12.30pm EST) on UK Bank Holidays.

 

For security reasons, we cannot accept this information via email.

 

Note: Returns by post cannot be accepted without a valid Returns Authorization Number. You will be unable to get a Returns Authorization Code from the web if more than 14 days has passed since you received the items. If you experience any difficulties with the online returns process please Contact Us.

Customers in the US can now return items to their nearest store free of charge.

Please take with you:

  • Your despatch note, as proof of purchase
  • The card used to complete your online purchase. If you are not the cardholder, they will need to be present to complete the instore return

 Please note that this is only applicable to stand-alone Topman stores.

Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for $40.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.


Returning Goods Which are of Unsatisfactory Quality or Unfit for Purpose

Currently all returns by mail are processed by our UK warehouse. Customers will need to return unwanted items to: Milton Keynes Distribution Centre, Spectrum for Arcadia, Merton Drive, Redmoor, Milton Keynes, MK6 4AG, UK, at their own cost.

If we have made a mistake on an item we have sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. Details of the returns procedure will also be sent to you with your order.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are US sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax and shipping charges. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added where applicable. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. We continually update our online store. Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.

1)         These are the Official Rules for the Topman T shirt Campaign Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Arcadia Group (USA) Limited doing business as Topman (“Sponsor”). By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

 

2)         The Sweepstakes are open to residents of the United States (excluding those resident in Rhode Island) only, except for employees of the Arcadia Group, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Sweepstakes.  Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

 

3)         Each entrant must be a registered user on Twitter or Facebook or register with Twitter or Facebook in order to enter the Contest.

 

4)         To enter you need to upload a picture of your chosen virtual Topman T Shirt via the Blippar mobile application onto your personal Twitter or Facebook account using hashtag #Refreshyourfit. The Sweepstakes begin at 05:00:01 EDT on 10 March 2014 and close at 19:59:59 EDT on 7 April 2014 (the “Closing Date”). All entries must be received by the Closing Date or they will not be counted. 

 

5)         You must not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic, sexually suggestive or other inappropriate (at Sponsor's sole discretion) pictures. Sponsor may, but has no obligation to, remove pictures that Sponsor determines in its sole discretion violates these Official Rules.

9)         Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $1,275. Odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be responsible for all expenses not specified in the Prize description above. 

 

10)      The Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable.  There is no cash alternative. Income and other taxes, if any, on the value of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 to the winner for the approximate retail value of the Prize for any prizes of $600 or more.  The winner will be required to claim the Prize by completing, signing and notarizing an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, except where prohibited by law, publicity release, which must be returned via mail or hand delivery within ten (10) business days of date of sender’s postmark.

Income and other taxes, if any, on the value of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.  The Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 to the winners for the ARV of the Prize for any prizes of $600 or more.  The winners will be required to claim the Prize by completing, signing and notarizing an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, except where prohibited by law, publicity release, which must be returned via mail or hand delivery within ten (10) business days of date of sender’s postmark.

 

13)      The winners may be required to provide their email address in order to receive their Prize. Failure of the winner to timely sign, notarize and return any required affidavit and release, or failure of the winner to claim his or her Prize within 48 hours of the time on notification or failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, will result in disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the Prize, and the award of the Prize to a substitute drawing winner to be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries received at the Closing Date.  

 

14)      The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or any part of it) with an equivalent one of its choosing which has the same or greater value than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

 

15)      If you are the winner of a Prize:

 

a)        The receipt by you of the Prize is conditional upon you complying with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations including, without limitation, these Official Rules;

1)          These are the Official Rules for the Topshop and Topman #UNLOCK5TH TWITTER COMPETITION (the “Contest”) sponsored by Arcadia Group (USA) Limited doing business as TOPSHOP AND/OR TOPMAN (“Sponsor”). By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. 

 

2)          This Contest is open to residents of the United States (excluding those resident in Rhode Island) only, except for employees of the Arcadia Group, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Contest.  Entrants must be 16 years of age or older. If you are under 18 or the age of majority in your state of residence you must obtain consent from your parent/guardian to enter the Contest.  By entering into the Contest you confirm that you have this consent.

 

3)          Each entrant must be a registered user on Twitter or register with Twitter in order to enter the Contest, and must be following Topshop or Topman’s Twitter profiles: @Topshop or @TopmanUSA.

 

4)          At four times on Wednesday 5th November 2014, @Topshop and @TopmanUSA will tweet a question.  There will be four questions in total (each one a “Question”, together the “Questions”) (listed below). To enter: answer one or more of the Questions tweeted, using the hashtag #UNLOCK5TH.

5)          The Contest opens when the first Question is tweeted by either Topshop or Topman on Wednesday 5th November 2014 and closes at 21:30 EST on the same date (the “Closing Date”).  All entries must be received by the Closing Date or they will not be counted.

 

6)          Entries are limited to five tweets per person, per Question.  Late entries or entries which have incorrect or incomplete use of the hashtag will not be accepted.  Any entries by a person found to be using multiple Twitter accounts to enter the Contest will be ineligible. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries, entries not submitted or not received due to a technical default.  Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties. In the event of a dispute in connection with the identity of the individual who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form.  The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

 

7)          You must not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic, sexually suggestive or other inappropriate (at Sponsor's sole discretion) pictures or tweets. The Sponsor may, but has no obligation to, remove pictures or tweets that Sponsor determines in its sole discretion violates these Official Rules.

 

8)          There shall be four winners of the Contest.  The winners will be the first four entries drawn at random (by an independent person) by 10:00 (EST) on Friday 7th November 2014 (the "Drawing Date") in relation to each Question.

 

9)          The winners will be notified by a private Twitter messages between 10:00 (EST) and 18:00 (EST) on the Drawing Date. The Sponsor’s decision shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants.  No correspondence will be entered into.

 

10)      there are four prizes to be won: one prize for each Question (in the same order as they appear) (each one a “Prize”).  Each Prize shall be a gift card of the value listed below, redeemable only as instructed.

 

1.       1x $250 Topshop/Topman gift card.
